One of Harbor Villa’s most memorable features is its connection to the river.  The generous dining room is framed by a wall of glass overlooking the St. Mary’s River, bringing the waterfront into the heart of the home. Step directly from the dining area onto the large deck and take your morning coffee, evening conversation or simply a quiet moment outside with the water as your backdrop.  Just beyond the dining area, the adjoining sitting room offers another beautiful river view through expansive windows, along with a fireplace and television for relaxed evenings together.  This is the part of the villa where everyone naturally seems to gather.

With six bedrooms throughout the home, Harbor Villa provides room for families, friends and small groups to share one waterfront getaway while still having private spaces of their own.  

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a more private place to begin and end the day.  Step outside onto your own balcony and take in the surroundings, or unwind in the ensuite bathroom featuring a separate Jacuzzi tub and standing shower.  It is a quiet retreat within the larger villa—perfect for enjoying a little privacy after a day spent together.

Harbor Villa includes a first-floor bedroom designed to make the home more comfortable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Nearby, a dedicated morning coffee sitting area creates a cozy place to begin the day without having to move through the entire house.  Because accessibility needs vary from guest to guest, we encourage visitors with specific mobility requirements to contact us before booking so we can help determine whether Harbor Villa will comfortably meet their needs.

The villa’s full kitchen gives guests the freedom to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading outdoors to a family dinner at the end of the day.  The adjoining dining space was created for gathering, with room to sit together while the river provides the view through the wall of windows beyond.

And because longer stays sometimes require real-life conveniences, Harbor Villa also includes an on-site laundry room.
